Founded in Taranaki, New Zealand by Jon and Kerryn Walsh, our organisation is driven by a clear mission to empower students to achieve their academic and career aspirations through personalised guidance and meaningful support.

With more than 40 years of combined experience in education and leadership, Jon and Kerryn bring deep expertise and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Their global perspective and dedication to student growth shape the foundation of our work, ensuring that every learner is equipped to thrive in an increasingly connected world.

Jon brings more than 25 years of experience working with students across the UK, New Zealand, and internationally. His background spans senior academic roles including Senior Lecturer, Programme Coordinator, and Academic and Student Advisor. With specialist knowledge in hospitality, tourism, and business education, Jon is known for his ability to guide students with clarity, insight, and encouragement.

Kerryn’s professional journey includes Montessori teaching, school leadership, and business ownership. She is recognised for her strong organisational skills, people‑focused leadership, and her commitment to creating supportive learning environments. Her experience across education and business gives her a unique ability to understand both student needs and the broader systems that shape their success.

Together, Jon and Kerryn have hosted international students, raised five children, and embraced a life centred on balance, cultural connection, and global exploration.

Their personal and professional experiences have shaped a deep understanding of what students need to thrive, academically, personally, and globally. Higher education success is possible for everyone!
